The big picture tells me that there should not be any club letting anyone in the door under 21 years old ever! The states should puts this in writing and enforce it always! I even asked a NYPD officer about this issue because its a known practice there and he said I would never change it, WRONG ANSWER! The clubs always maintain the right to set their own policy regardless of the presence of state law or not.

Changing or not, anyone in a bar with a gun is a disaster waiting to happen. Industry job security or not, lets talk about how to better keep guns out of bars and maybe some other “non-violent” options for physical defense.
Also, FEMA provides an Emergency Response to Terrorism course that is free to anyone. Trying to hype up the terrorism card to the nightclub industry doesn’t work with-out a creditable threat or motive. Other than being a target of opportunity with a mass casualty effect, there are for the most part just random acts of violence..

    Thanks Guys,
    Pete

    Thanks,
